I would like to discuss personal identification and propose a universal solution to our existing problem.
EVERYONE has to use some form of identification very frequently for many things they do. And, I have heard so much about immigrant
identification it makes me sick! Worldwide, there is one accepted means of personal identification
- a PASSPORT issued by the country of your citizenship. Nothing else should be acceptable! If a food store
or a bar wants to accept a drivers license issued by a state, OK. But for ANYONE applying for school, a federal
program, or a job, or to fly on an airplane, etc. you should have to show a valid passport issued by the country of your citizenship.
Personal identity cards are not necessary. If you are a legal immigrant, you will be issued proper documentation so
stating by the US government inside your national passport. Then, when applying for any federal program or any job,
the applicant would have to show their passport as well. If it is not a legally issued US passport, you would have show
legal documents (such as some type visa in your passport) issued by the US government stating that you are legally in
the US and are permitted to work and apply for certain federal programs. Otherwise, you will be told to return to your
own country, it will be documented, and if an immigrant tries again they will be detained, fined and/or then
deported.
The USIP would require all US citizens to have a US
Passport, or Passport Card. That is not a racial thing. If a citizen does not currently have one, the Federal fees
will be waived for your first Passport Card which is valid for 10 years. The Passport Card is a relatively new document
which is just a synopsis of the identity page of a US Passport, on a card. It couldn't be used for international
air travel or for ship or car entry into countries other than Canada and Mexico and a few others, but would meet the requirements
of the act, and would be issued at no charge to US citizens by the US government.

The
first would be issued at birth, and would only be an I.D. card to be valid for 6 years and would include
the child's Name, Birth Date, father's Name and Nationality, Mother's Name and Nationality, and thumbprints of both thumbs.
At age 6 the child would get their first normal picture Passport or Passport Card to be good for 6 years,
at age 12 it would be renewed for 6 more years, and finally at age 18, a standard 10 year passport, or Passport Card, would
be issued. The 6 year frequency while in school, would provide updated photo identification as the child grows. After your
first Passport Card expires, a new one only costs $30 to renew. Anyone
found having forged documentation will be fined $100,000, and if you are an immigrant, additionally, they will be detained
until their proper country of origin can be determined. Once determined, and the fine has been paid, that person will
be deported to the capital of the country of which they are a legal citizen.
