The New ‘American Guard’ will be created and placed under the Defense Department and will replace Homeland Security.  This department will include and expand current:

–      Coast Guard

–      Immigration and Naturalization Service

–      Customs

–      National Guard

–      Sky Marshals

–      Transportation Security Agency

–      Adds new ‘Air Guard’ for airports/airlines

Purpose of the ‘American Guard’:

–      To Prevent :

–      Illegal Immigrants from entering the country

–      Undocumented Weapons from getting into the country

–      Illegal Drugs from getting into the country

–      Monitor all non-citizens for status, with periodic personal checks

–      Search out and deport illegal immigrants

–      Screen and accompany all airline flights into and out of the US, and selected flights within the US

If states wish to have laws that mimic the federal laws on immigration and they are willing to work with the Federal Government on illegal immigrant issues, primarily identification, the Federal government will support those programs.  Undocumented, illegal immigrants don't belong in our country, and them getting benefits paid for by citizens and legal immigrants must stop!
