The Education Department will be eliminated, and what services/functions remain will be under the Department of Health and Human Services. Education is and should be a function for the States.

Public and Private Schooling is a State issue and the Federal Department of Education will be abolished. The small number of education programs, or funding, listed below, will be managed by Health and Human Services

There will be national standardized tests for all students in 3rd grade, 6th grade, 9th grade and 12th grade, with results published so States, and individual school districts, may benchmark the results of their programs with other parts of the country, on the basics appropriate for that grade level:

·         Reading, Vocabulary Comprehension, Writing and Composition Skills

·         Mathematics’ Skills

·         Science Skills

·         Computer Skills

·         History Knowledge

·         Spatial and Reasoning Skills

Any federal funding will be equal to each State based on number of students of citizens and legal registered immigrants

Any State offering bilingual education past the 2nd grade will lose 25% of federal education funding for each year bilingual education is offered above the 2nd grade

Any State offering education to immigrants who have not legally registered, looses ALL federal funding from any source or program

May God Continue to Bless America in spite of the Idiots running it!
