The
Education Department will be eliminated, and what services/functions remain will be under the Department of Health and Human
Services. Education is and should be a function for the States.
– Public and Private Schooling is a State issue and the Federal
Department of Education will be abolished. The small number of education programs, or funding, listed below, will be managed
by Health and Human Services
– There will be national standardized tests for all students in
3rd grade, 6th grade, 9th grade and 12th grade, with results published so States, and individual school districts, may benchmark
the results of their programs with other parts of the country, on the basics appropriate for that grade level:

Writing and Composition Skills

Science Skills

Computer Skills

History Knowledge

Spatial and Reasoning Skills
– Any federal funding will be equal to each State based on number
of students of citizens and legal registered immigrants
– Any State offering bilingual education past the 2nd grade will
lose 25% of federal education funding for each year bilingual education is offered above the 2nd grade
– Any State offering education to immigrants who have not legally
registered, looses ALL federal funding from any source or program
